And the oil is so light and refreshing that I could easily eat a few of them!
The sauce, in particular, is a combination of three distinct sauces, with the ideal balance of sourness and sweetness. I think I can go for more than one!

I'm curious about the broth it's been soaked in, which has a significant influence on its look.

Seriously, it's fantastic!

The octopus and the cool dashi broth infiltrated the satsuma-age.
It's far too wonderful!
As a side note, liberally sprinkle the fish powder and Aonori mixed powder!
